We are pleased to present our new project, located in the El Raso Urbanization of Guardamar del Segura.

This new residential complex will consist of 78 touristic apartments distributed on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor + solarium.

Unique project because it is specifically developed for tourist use. Owners can use their home themselves for a maximum of 4 months per year (of which a maximum of 2 weeks in July or August), while the rest of the year it is rented out through a specialized rental company that takes full responsibility for the exploitation.
