Feriebolig Utland is a Norwegian-owned company that specializes in the sale of holiday homes abroad to the Norwegian market. Our main areas are Costa Blanca, Costa Calida and Costa del Sol, ie coastal areas from Villajoyosa in the north to Gibraltar in the south.

Holiday home Abroad was founded in 2007. Most of our employees in Norway and Spain have worked with us for a long time, which we are proud of. We hope to share this experience with you as a customer in the future. Buying a holiday home through us should be a safe and pleasant experience.

Our offices on the Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol consist of  service minded people with long experience and good knowledge of the areas we sell homes in. They work hard every day to have a large range of attractive properties to offer you as a customer, either It is new or used, in all price-range. . You as a customer should feel confident that we will find the accommodation that is right for you!

Since its start in 2007, Feriebolig Utland has been involved in approximately 1500 property purchases, mainly in Spain. It has given us an experience and knowledge that we are happy to share with you as a customer. Our goal is that clients receive top service when they purchase holliday home through us. Many of our customers come to us as a result of recommendations from previous customers – we take that as a statement of trust.

Our sales office in Nedre Slottsgate 13-15, Oslo, is always open to new and old customers, If you would like a presentation of us, and the properties we can offer for sale, please come by. Our office is open every weekday from 9-18, and we are always available by phone, email and Chat. We also arrange “Boligmesse Utland” days at our office in Oslo on Sundays at regular intervals.
