Normally, we need 2-3 days to provide you with a proof of financing when we receive the documentation the bank needs.

Legal Service

When purchasing througFeriebolig Utland, we ensure a safe purchase. At our office in Torrevieja, our “in-house” lawyer and settlement agents sit in the Legal Service. They, in collaboration with our office in Oslo, make sure that all the properties are safely surplus to our clients according to Spanish laws and regulations. They also arrange everything that comes with the purchase of property in Spain;
– creation of NIE number (Spanish social security number),
– registration of water and electricity subscriptions,
– registration in joint / public register etc.
– assists in wills, inheritance, change etc.
– legal assistance in the rental of holiday homes, including mandatory reporting to Spanish authorities

Follow-up of builders
When you purchase through Feriebolig Utland,  you have a professional partner with builders and sellers. That is, you have a local partner who can assist you and follow up your contract with the developer. We act as a link between you as the buyer and the developers. We raise questions on behalf of our clients both before, during and after the contracts are signed. It can be especially important to have a professional partner with you when handing over and following up the developer after the property has been taken over.

By purchasing through us you gain access to our brokers who have more than 10 years of experience in following up contracts, errors and deficiencies as well as other matters agreed between the buyer and the seller. Our brokers speak Spanish, English and Norwegian, often a prerequisite for being able to follow up builders in a professional manner.
And remember – all this you get without it costs you who buys something extra.


When buying a new home in Spain through us, our office in Spain will assist you with furnishing assistance. We work closely with a selection of furniture stores that we trust and have good experience in terms of quality, punctuality and price. If you want assistance in the form of skilled interior architects, we can help you with that.

By using businesses that we partner with, our staff will assist you until your home is fully furnished and furnished as you wish.

We also help you with the installation of internet, TV channels, alarm etc. if desired.
