The city and its surroundings offer a wide variety of leisure activities, as it has numerous and varied watersports, shopping centers, cinemas, water parks, restaurants, also boasting of good road connections and infrastructures to access the nearby golf courses, as well as connecting to the neighboring cities such as Alicante, Elche or Murcia.
There are many areas to live in Torrevieja, but none of them are as well located as this one.

The villa is all on one level with a large solarium (roof terrace) with fantastic views over the salt lake and the sunset. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite. An open plan kitchen and living room with large sliding doors opening to the front garden terrace.
South-facing front garden has a 7,5 m x 4,2 m heated swimming pool and at the back of the house, there is also a spacious terrace to enjoy some shade in the mornings and the nice afternoon sun.
The garden is planted with fruit trees and palms.

The villa has got underfloor heating in the bathrooms, airconditioning with individual temperature control in each room, and is sold fully furnished. It has only been used as a holiday home by the present owners and has never been rented.
