The Residential is located at the southern end of the municipality of Elche, on the Pinet beach, next to the town of La Marina, in a unique and exclusive enclave, just 800 meters from the beach.

Next to the Mediterranean Sea, surrounded by a privileged environment: the natural landscape of Las Salinas, of extreme beauty for lovers of nature and composed of a dune strip with a hundred-year-old pine forest and golden sandy beaches with clean and crystal clear waters, make it an exclusive place to live or spend the summer all year round, and within reach of all services.

In the residential we have designed a set of 12 independent villas of modern Mediterranean style, with private plot of different surfaces, 3-bedroom houses with 3 bathrooms and open kitchen to the living room.

The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with selected materials to create an ideal and unique atmosphere.
